EBTKS Challenge 20 - Buttons

Time flies. I can't believe this is our 20th challenge! It's my, Courtney that is, turn to host, and I had found this really cool button my mom had saved off some old shirt. I thought it was great for a EBTKS challenge. Now, can you use your store bought buttons? Absolutely. Would we love for you to use buttons you found around the house ... oh yea. After all, this is a challenge! But either way just come play along with us and break out those buttons!

The above graphic is actually my jar of "found" buttons. I try to keep buttons from clothes or those extra buttons you get with clothes in this little jar.

This challenge is sponsored by the fabulous Simon Says Stamps! The winner of this challenge will win a $15 credit to their store! Plus this winner has the opportunity to be our next guest designer!

Everything but the Kitchen Sink challenge 19

Hi there!

It's Lynnette here, and my turn to host the monthly sketch challenge here at Everything but the Kitchen Sink.

It didn't take me long to decide on what the inspiration would be for this sketch. It's this beautiful print that we have in our house.I seriously love this print. I love this verse, and it was a Christmas Present to my sweet hubby for our first Christmas as a married couple. We had talked about wanting a print with Joshua 24:15, and when I found this, I knew it would be the perfect gift for him.

So based on this print, here's the sketch:

Check out what the design team came up with:

Our amazing guest designer Laura Bassen (you must go check out her fabulous blog):

We have an amazing sponsor for this challenge, Cupcards to go. She's giving the winner a mini kit. Each of the EBTKS designers used items from the July kit for our cards, so you get a taste for all the options you'll have if you win.

We are so excited to see what you are going to come up with using this sketch. You have until 26 July to get your card uploaded. The winner will be announced on the 27th. Have fun with it!

Hugs
